Cecilia Falconi is a founding partner of Falconi Puig Abogados with over 30 years of experience advising international and multinational companies operating in Ecuador. Her practice focuses on corporate law, regulatory affairs, and the full spectrum of legal matters arising from doing business in Ecuador.
She is a trusted advisor to foreign investors and multinational groups navigating market entry, corporate structuring and governance, regulatory compliance, commercial contracting, and cross-border transactions.
Cecilia has led complex corporate reorganizations, due diligence processes, foreign investment projects, contract negotiations, and compliance monitoring programs for clients across diverse industries.
